A 1.5” wide x 60″ loop (measured flat) of warp knit elastic webbing, with 10 – 40 LBS of resistance.
This band has a 7′ range of motion before coming to a fixed end range that can be used for overcoming isometrics. This tool can be used anchored or with a partner. The extra length compared to the traditional 41” loop provides a more gradual change in resistance, ideal for longer ranges of motion and physical therapy.
