A 3″ wide x 50″ loop (measured flat) of warp knit elastic webbing, with 20 – 75 Lbs of resistance. Comfortable on the body or in hand, it doesn't pinch skin and is easy to grip.
This loop has a 4′ range of motion before coming to a soft end range, unlike the sudden end range experienced with covered bands. This is safer for running drills.
Use anchored or with a partner, in hand or on the body, designed for longer ranges of motion, specifically useful for agility and fall prevention.
