A 3″ wide x 50″ loop (measured flat) of warp knit elastic webbing, with 10 – 45 Lbs of resistance
This band has a 5′ range of motion before coming to a soft end, unlike the sudden end range experienced with covered bands. This is safer for running drills. This tool can be used self-anchored, with an anchor point, or with a partner. It is designed for training agility and fall prevention, and is useful for all anchored band exercises.
