Two 3″ wide x 80″ loop (measured flat) of warp knit elastic webbing. Heavy 20 – 75 Lbs of resistance and Medium with 10-45 lbs of resistance.

These bands have approximately 7′ of range. Unlike covered bands which have a sudden end range this material provides a sift stop and end range. This is MUCH safer for running drills.
This tool can be used anchored or with a partner. It is designed for training agility and fall prevention, and is also useful for anchored band exercises.
